The nervous system is a highly complex part of an animal that coordinates its actions and sensory information by transmitting signals to and from different parts of its body. We take a look at the different structures that make up the nervous system in humans and the functions of each of the different part of the nervous system and how these play a role in how we sense changes in our environment.
